Peter has over 30 years’ experience in the property development industry and is founder and director of LCH since its formation in 1985 dealing with:

David Mead

David Mead Planning Consultant BA(Hons) DipUP MRTPI

David obtained a BA Hons Degree in Geography from the University of Manchester and a Diploma in Urban Planning from Oxford Brookes University. He became professionally qualified and elected as a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 1995.

David has an in-depth knowledge of land use planning, with particular experience in residential development.

John Dickie

John Dickie Architect M.I.A.S., M.B.Eng

John is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building Engineers having qualified in 1976.

John has been in private practice - John Dickie Associates - since 1984 and has specialised in designing and delivering a wide range of projects ranging from small to medium scale residential developments, healthcare, industrial, commercial and renewable energy generating developments.

David Tropp

David Tropp Surveyor BA (Hons) MRICS

David obtained BA Hons degree in Estate Management in 1994 and went on to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS in 1999.

David has obtained experience working in all areas of property investment and management on behalf of a principle. Gaining extensive experience in asset enhancing, acquisitions, disposals and development. David has also more recently been working in the property lending industry consulting on all aspects of property funding from loan origination to LPA Receivership on behalf of short term and development lenders.
